This post is special to me because it features a very special and lovely lady. Marie. I've been blessed to watch Marie grow into a beautiful, intelligent, kind and godly young woman. Senior year is now upon her and I have the utmost confidence in Marie to handle it with grace and ease. She is going to pursue nursing after high school and I'm totally jealous. I'd love to go back and do college all over again...I think I'd pursue nursing as well. Who knew?! Marie's grandparents are my husband's God parents. Ever since meeting James I've been blessed to spend each Thanksgiving with his God family. I love it. Enjoy these photos of Marie...there are couple with her little sister Anna who came along for the photo shoot. Nothing like the special bond between sisters. May your senior year be richly blessed Marie...it's such a special time of life. Soak up every moment!

Any why not end a post with one cute baby? Sam is 6 weeks old today...what better way to celebrate than wear dinosaur pajamas! I'm not proud or anything... :) Happy Wednesday to you!
I've taken a few months off from photography due to having Sam and adjusting to my new role as a mom. So far it's been wonderful, challenging and beautiful. Sam is an absolute delight and James and I couldn't be happier... I can't believe Sam is 1 month old today...time truly does fly by. Enjoy these shots of him as he gets bigger by the minute! Next week I start a variety of photo shoots so stay tuned :)Happy 1 month birthday Sam!
On June 16, 2010 our sweet boy Sam was born. 8 pounds 12 ounces of pure joy and delight. We are so in love...enjoy!
