Summer brings a lot of activities, weddings, vacations...I'm so behind on blogging. My apologies. BUT I think little sneak peeks are still very fun!! Here is sweet Izzy...growing up. Adorable.

The Knapp Family

Meet the world's most patient family. The Knapp's.

Earlier this month I messed up the time for us to meet because of the time change. I felt terrible when I realized what I had done. So we all scrambled, got together for about 45 minutes of good light. The whole family were rockstars!! We ended up taking some more photos a couple of weeks later and had a great time. Whew!! I love easy going people. Thank God for the Knapp's!!

Enjoy the shots of this sweet family. I truly enjoyed meeting them all...I'm sad they'll be moving out of the Springs next year :(

The Gause Family

I met my husband James close to 6 years ago. Not only did I get a great guy, but I have been able to inherit his great friends as well :)

Meet the Gause family. Scott and Sara have been friends with James for many years, and now I am lucky enough to call them friends as well. When they asked me to take photos of them I was so excited because...

a.) They're so sweet and easy to be around

b.) Their children (Luke and Sloan) are adorable...couldn't want to get my hands on the camera and capture their beautiful faces

c.) We took the photos in Denver at Regis University...I love shooting in new places!!

Thanks Scott, Sara, Luke and Sloan for such an enjoyable time. I look forward to seeing you all soon...Happy Thanksgiving!!!

The Vargas Family

There's something really special about this family. When I'm around them I feel so at ease and comfortable...their genuine hearts, humor, and love for the Lord is present.

Meet the Vargas family :) True examples of people who have persevered through life's ups and downs with steadfast faith. Their faith inspires me and reminds me what following Christ is truly about. I love their example.

One thing to note as you look through these photos is that Kim (mom) just went through a kidney transplant. Her own mother donated the kidney! Isn't that amazing?!! I'm in awe.

The Cripe's- Family

Umm...how adorable is this family?!! Meet the Cripe's.

We all met in Palmer Lake, CO on a chilly Sunday morning and had such a great time together. Everyone was willing to try out a variety of locations throughout the town...and I think it paid off :)

The Cripe's moved to Colorado just over a year ago from California. Quite the change for this adorable family of 4. My goal was to capture a glimpse of Colorado life in their photos.

Thanks for coming to Palmer Lake for our time together! I had a wonderful time meeting you all.
